Hi Ben,

Our crew is planning to start the planting this week, which should take about a week to complete.

Regards,

Jenn

Hi Nicolas. The trees have all been delivered. When do you think they will be planted? The donor is planning a trip back to the area and would like to see them.

Garrett talked like there may be interest in having our crew plant the trees. Our planting fee is $75 per tree for that size should you want to do that. We are busy this week but could do it the following week. Thanks.

Ben,

Attached is a pdf with the maps and locations of the donated trees. The majority of them are used to better define pedestrian areas, and create a more enjoyable user experience. I think they will be a great addition to our parks.

Order of maps as they appear in the PDF:

- Adult Center

- Clark Park

- Fox Park/Library

- Ivor Davies Park

- Pocket Park near Bi-Mart on HWY 211

I want to thank this donor somehow; if a letter or something along those lines is appropriate, perhaps you could pass that along. I could quickly draft one up, let me know.

Thank you,

Nicolas Lennartz
