I have received no clarification from the applicant regarding a new site plan, or a formal plan on doing away with the phasing. When did you receive the second set of plans?

The LUCS is valid regardless but yes we need to figure this out.

Question, do we have a revised site layout? The last set I received had two different configurations. Did you get revised set and you and Jennifer had a chance to review and put together conditions of approval for it? I have a set of plans for review and want to make sure that everything that Jen had concerns about has been addressed when I do my plan review.
