Attachments: Re: Add On Easement for Hydrant; image001.jpg; image002.jpg; Dan, Here is the email chain that I sent originally to Mitch in March requiring an adjustment in the easement. Nicolas took over the project from there. My response to your request of overriding my Staff regarding your requirement of hydrant placement is no. I included a copy of your conditions of approval dated March 9, 2015 and Nicolas made it very clear what your options were at that time. Please work with Nicolas Lennartz to satisfy your development requirements as stated in the March 9, 2015 Planning Permit Review letter. The easement is offset on the property line, and the hydrant sticks over and outside it. I’m going to move that hydrant to the side that has more of the easement; but can’t do it now because of the weather. What can we do to allow the C of O and I guarantee that I’ll move it this summer, or sooner if weather allows? Then it will be in the easement at that point. Upon completion of the truck shop, my next project here is to build a material-drive-through-lane right around the back side of the material storage and truck shop, which will necessitate the hydrant moving as stated above because it’s currently too close to the proposed ramp that must be built for the drive through lane to go through. Can we make this work?
