The work we need to do here is for compliance to put in a new valve. It will take us about half the day to complete this job. We will need to make a 3’ x 4’ cut in the pavement of the alleyway behind 118 E Main, blocking this alleyway with barricades and putting signage up that the alleyway will be closed.

I also noticed that it looks like there possibly will be excavations done. The alley is also within City ROW. Please identify the Size of the Proposed Excavation if excavation is needed.

I apologize, it seems I’ve missed the permit. If I return this back to you by next Monday, will that be sufficient?
In the meantime, will you please send a traffic control plan. If traffic control is anticipated on OR 211, a permit from ODOT will need to be obtained and sent along for documentation to the City.
