Hi Keith,

I'm assuming this schedule change you placed in my box was something you wanted to discuss and have not already been doing? I don't recall discussing this prior.

At this point I cannot approve the attached schedule change. With Ryan leaving we have one less person available to cover the plant if either of you are out "Sick" on the Friday and Monday. This schedule change would leave more opportunity for the plant to be unattended for 3 days or more if connected with a holiday.
