Confirmed.

However, we need a traffic control plan before I can approve the Driveway Access Permit. This should be a single lane closure if you will be impacting the adjacent SB thru lane when paving. I can use the single-lane TCP you submitted yesterday if you would like?

Subject: **URGENT CLARIFICATION NEEDED** - SHAVER AVE TRAFFIC PLAN FOR SEWER LINE PROJECT

Importance: High

Jennifer:

In the attached file you sent me yesterday, regarding the Sewer Line project and ROW Application, the full road closure traffic plan I previously submitted and you rejected due to the amount of truck traffic on Shaver Ave, was included. The full road closure traffic plan you returned had the steel plate and steel plate signs highlighted. I just need to confirm that you are you approving the full road closure traffic plan for this project? If not, please return the single lane closure traffic plan I sent yesterday with your approval. We can then proceed accordingly, get the project scheduled, and completed. Thank you in advance for your prompt response of clarification on the traffic plan component of this project.

Best regards,

Subject: RE: PACIFIC FIBRE PROD. SHAVE AVE TRAFFIC PLAN FOR SEWER LINE

Hi James,

Attached is the signed Right-of-way Permit Application for the sewer connection work only. Please submit a second Right-of-way application for connecting the hydrant to the City water main.

In addition, I noticed the trench width is greater than 4-ft which will required the following backfill compaction requirements to be meet within the City right-of-way. They are as follows:

· Roadway Section – 1”- 0 or ¾” – 0, crushed rock compacted to 95% (AASTHTO T-180)

· Native Ground – Native Backfill compact to 90% (AASTHTO T-180)

Please contact the City 24 hours in advance when ready for inspection prior to backfill.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Cline, P.E.
