Attached is copy of the accepted permit along with the required Pedestrian Temporary Access Control and sidewalk conditions:
· Sign Sidewalk Closed Ahead at ADA Crossings.
· Sign Sidewalk Closed at the work locations.
· Place metal plates over open trenches and maintain barricades when workzone when is left unattended**.
· After inspections, backfill and replace sidewalk within 72 hours.
** If additional lateral replacement is required to the mainline, a temporary traffic control (TCP) will be required for work in the street. An inspection of the connection to the main by the City (see permit for inspection details) will also be necessary.
