Attached is the issued permit to complete the sewer lateral repair at 205 Engle St. I have also included our standards that apply as well.

The permit will be at the front counter with Chelsi for you to sign and pay the permit fee. Also, when ready for inspection please give Adam a call at 503-793-8402.
