Attached is the accepted driveway and sidewalk permit for 740 Alyssa Ct.
We also ask that if the Sanitary Sewer or Water stamp is removed during the curb excavation that the “S” and “W” stamps are put back when finishing. This helps homeowners and public works crew identify the locations in the future.
I’ve include the new Sidewalk & Driveway Construction Permit form as well. Please utilize for all future requests.
