Hi Gary,

Attached is the Work in ROW permit for the City. This permit is technically to be completed at any time any work is done with in the City ROW that creates the need for Traffic Control. If North Sky is completing the work they may submit the permit on your behalf as the owner.

Because this is a full closure of Molalla Ave I suspect there will be an impact on buses and public safety. Please include a traffic control plan and hours for the work.

I have also included the standards for a typical street cut. Let me know if you have any questions.
