Hi Dennis,

Attached are the evaluation forms for each of your crewmembers. I’ve also included the Job Descriptions to better assist with determining their job knowledge, skill and abilities. I will also print these and leave copies in your inbox as well.

Rule of thumb is satisfactory means you’re doing your job. Not bad work or exceptional work just meeting expectations in the job description.

Needs improvement means you’ve had to address the same issues repeatedly or correct the work consistently. Unsatisfactory is typically insubordination and other major issues along those lines. Either of these categories means a verbal warning may have been given or a letter of reprimand was issued. Nothing in evaluation should catch the person by surprise.

Let me know if you have any questions. I would like the reviews returned to me by February 19th. A short sit down will be scheduled the week after.
