Hi Curtis,
Please contact the paving crew immediately to stop paving east heintz. The city has requested a pre-paving meeting in the precon and I mentioned it several times in the field yesterday. This is unacceptable. I wanted to go over several expectations prior to paving including the traffic control plan which I notified that we have had issues with recently. This has gotten out of hand.
