Heather,
How much would a $1 Park and Rec fee attached to the city utility bill generate for the parks? Is this something we can seek from council to adopt in the near future as a revenue source to separate parks from streets and create their own fund?
This would help pay for a new bathrooms, pathways and Landscaping enhancements at Long (City) Park.
