I have attached the last email that I sent Kelly Wickizer on 10/3 that included our approved sidewalk permit and their submitted drawings along with a copy of the ODOT current standards for pedestrian ramps.
I completed the in ramp inspection on the SE corner of OR 211/Main St and Stowers Ave. on Wednesday 10/8/2014. The existing ramp does meet ADA running and cross slope requirements along with the required widths. I do not have a phot of the finished ramp at this time, but will work to get that to you next week.
In the future, I will require ODOT permit approval prior to allowing the work to be complete.
