Hi Mike,
We have a developer proposing to make sidewalk and parking improvements on Ona Way for a future park here in Molalla. This is a part of a land donation for the Stone Place Ph. 3 apartments. I’m not certain the developer has made contact with the county beyond planning to submit the engineering plans for the future improvements. Who should the developer contact at the county to share these plans with?
I will make sure to note the information in our review.
