Hi all,

We have a new City permit to allow work within our right-of-way. This permit will pertain to boring, excavation work, landscaping and tree removal work done with in the City ROW. If anyone has questions regarding the permit or what is considered city ROW, please direct your question(s) to Nicolas Lennartz, City Planner or myself.

Please share with staff as necessary.

I have also include the current city permit for sidewalk, driveway approach construction.
