Hi Gordon,
I recently received a request from DEQ for an electronic copy of our Molalla WWTP, O & M Manual. Unfortunately the City does not have an electronic copy of the manual and so I checking in with you to see if your office may have this on file? Our hard copy of the manual shows that it was prepared by KCM originally in 2008, but revised in 2011.
I appreciate any assistance on this matter.
