Hi,

Attached is the City permit for working in the right-of-way. Please include with the permit a copy of liability insurance naming the City, and a proposed traffic control plan to do the work. I also should mention if the cost to do the project exceeds $2500 per calendar year a City Business license of $70 will be required. No permit fee at this time.
