Attached is signed copy of the Notice of Award for your records. We will also send you a hard copy for your file.
I will look for a time to set up a kick-off meeting in the next two-three weeks. I would like to make sure we include ODOT and our local utilities for at least the introduction phase, and then release them before we discuss any specific design details.
At this point to prepare for the meeting I will be looking for an Agenda and areal maps of each location. Dan is working on completing the contract for signature.
