As I stated on the phone, Amy Kim from Oregon Water Resources, did mention they saw higher flows when they took measurements against the USGS flow stations. However, the trend to July 15th is what is alarming to me.
The Molalla River is a flashy system, so if there is a rain event the river will recover. However, unless there are periodic rain events, it will not sustain.
