Please find the attached Molalla Leak Test Report. This report has been submitted to fulfill the NPDES Permit No. 101514, Schedule D, Special Condition No. 14 permit requirement to perform a lagoon leak test and submit a report of the test results within 30 days after completing the test.

In addition to the attached electronic copy, a hard copy has been sent by mail.
