Hi Jim,

In the below link are the following documents that will need to be completed and submitted to ODOT for the Ramp Repair work only at the SE corner of Stowers and Main St.

The sidewalk and approach work on Stowers may be completed prior to the ramp repair.

I would start by contacting District 2C to determine exactly what permit/forms are required.
