Please use the attached permit for work within the City of Molalla’s right-of-way. This permit only includes the first page of our original permit that provides the City with information regarding the work. We have removed the second page that is in conflict with the current franchise agreement between PGE and the City. In addition to the permit, the City will still require a construction plan of the work to be done to review for acceptance.
