Hi Dan,

I would like to move forward with adjusting our watering practices in the parks and hour of operation at the splash pad.

I would like to recommend the following:

· Water the City Parks with sprinklers every other day or cut the watering time in half

· Reduce the splash pad hour from 10 AM – 8 PM to 11 AM to 7 PM
