Hi Peter,
As mentioned on the phone, the City will be starting construction for an urban renewal project in the next few weeks. As part of that project the City is replacing and upsizing a portion of the water distribution system within the project limits. I have included a link to the electronic copies of the plans and specifications for the entire project, and will be sending the hard copies of only the water sections along with a check for the OHA review.
