The intent to award was unanimously approved by council last night. Please prepare an award acceptance letter for today. I would like to email a copy to M.L. Houck, send a copy to be published and we will post a copy on our project webpage as well. A hard copy should also be mailed to the contractor.
I have a few questions in regard to some items in the contract. I will be in touch with you soon.
