Hi Gerald,
Will you please forward me a copy of the email McClure sent to you with the estimates of work.
The crews will be working on removing the sand from under the tank and in the tank over the next month or so. I will keep you updated on when this has been done. We can then at least get a better look at the failure in bottom floor of the tank.
I’m leaning towards just making the repairs necessary. So if there are no obvious broken or damaged diffuser nozzles, we will not replace them at this time. They will be replaced when we have a capital improvement project in place to refurbish each tank (i.e. inspect, make necessary structural repairs, nozzle replacement, install larger access door to sub floor area and painting.
This should keep us in check for the remaining fiscal year.
