Hi Jason,

How does this report read with the new edits. I primarily want to get your opinion on the difference of flows between the broken isolation valve and DAF based on your observations and the test results. In my observations, it seems to me there is a lot more water moving between the isolation valve than the flow at the DAF.

If you agree, I will send this onto attorney’s for quick check before submitting to David Cole.
