Hi Phil,
Here’s the run down on the sampling for irrigation.
On Sunday, Jason tested a sample at 1:22
The results on Monday at 1:25 were a count of 73
We began irrigating between 11:30 – noon, and shut around 1:30 once the sample was found
On Monday, Jason tested a sample at 11 am
Tuesday Jason view the sample after 11 am, the sample had a count of 7
We began irrigating once the sample was confirmed to be less than 23 (the permitted limit)
It appears the cleaning along with the cooling temperatures over the last few days have helped the counts to drop.
We took additional sample yesterday afternoon to investigate where the red colony coliform is coming from.
Jason has put a call into the tech at one of our suppliers to research on what are the best additives to eliminate algae and new algae growth in the lagoons
We have not received the samples back from edge to better identify what the red colony may be.
