Hi Dan,

I found a great example on Gresham's website of their Industrial Survey Form and program. We should look for others as well, but I did find their program is very detailed and full of information to help get us going.

I have also been in contact with Clean Water Services FOG specialist. He is working with other municipalities to implement a "plug & play" type program for any interested municipality for FOG and pretreatment management. Lots of good stuff out there to help.

We also need to add a webpage for both of these that contains educational information, downloadable forms, and contacts. Let's talk about what that should look like soon.
