Hi Garrett,
Did you ever get to the bottom of the Hydrant meter issue with Scott? He claimed to Joyce that we owed him a credit regarding supposed “city” usage?? He has not made a payment as of yet for the last two months of usage. Just wondering if you ever found out what the usage was for?
