Hi Curtis,
We had an incident yesterday evening (2/12) where a local resident was found riding her skate board across the curing sidewalk on Grange Ave. The City would like to proceed with action to recover any costs associated with Langlier’s work to repair the damages. Please provide the time spent, number of Laborers (masons) and any additional curing costs.
In addition, please provide a copy of the Certified Payrolls that were sent to BOLI to verify hourly wage rates.
We appreciate your help on this.
