Hi Jennifer,

You sent me the water and wastewater rate reports but I don’t have copies of the SDC reports. The water master plan talks about an SDC of $1,040 per SF home so there is a report before the master plan and hopefully after the master plan. The wastewater master plan talks about an interim SDC adopted in June 1999. Hopefully one was finalized after that since they recommended a study be done. Please send me an E-copy or send hard copies of these reports with Dan to the conference and I will review and get them back to you. Thanks Jennifer.
