Today at around 11:20 A.M. I was down at the river part of the plant cleaning up and weed eating. I went over to weed eat around the transformer and accidentally hit the side of it and oil starting coming out. Right away I stopped the weed eater and went to tell Jeff. Jeff had me take down some kitty litter and spread it around the area where the oil spilled out. PGE is taking it from there. If there are any other statements or questions you need just let us know. Pictures should be attached.
