I recommend the following:

1- the two block closures should be used at a minimum for example CTB work

2- single lane closures are anticipated for the base lift

Jennifer,

I have a question on how you’d prefer the paving sequence to happen on Molalla Ave.

The detour plan included with the bidding documents indicate that one side will be work on at a time. Understood. And the specs detail how far (length wise) we are allowed to take (2 blocks).

However, are you anticipating that we are to pave one full side (per stage) top lift and all prior to switching over? Or are you going to want us to base in both sides and then top lift the whole section?
