Subject: Illegally dumped furniture

Hello, I obtained your email address from the website for the City of Molalla regarding Code Enforcement. I would like to report that there has been a recliner illegally dumped on the curbside on the east side of Ridings Ave., approximately directly across the street from 506 Ridings Ave. in front of the apartment complex named “The Main Saw”. It has been there for several months. Ridings Ave. has a lot of pedestrian traffic, including children and I am concerned that the recliner will become a safety hazard, a fire hazard, and possibly become a nesting place for rats or other vermin, thereby posing a risk to the community, in addition to being unsightly. How can this problem be addressed and resolved? If you are not the correct person to handle this matter, please provide me with the name of someone else that I can contact. I have been unable to determine the address of that apartment complex, and I don’t know how the owner or property manager can be contacted about this problem. If you have a way of contacting the owner or property manager, or a way of having the recliner removed, it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
