Dear Jennifer,

I have been the lead instructor for the Ford Institute Leadership Program in Molalla for the past four years and I am working with the graduates of the program in preparation for the nomination of the next cohort of program participants that will convene next fall. You are probably familiar with the program through their class projects, the pavilion in Fox Park and the Bear Creek By Way.

I'm going to be in Molalla tomorrow afternoon and wondered if I might be lucky enough to catch you for a few minutes if I was to stop in your office and talk a little bit about the program since we have not had a chance to meet yet.

I'm passing through between meetings in Mill City and Estacada and would be in town around 3:30 PM-- would that time work for you at all?. I would love to meet your city manager as well but I don't know if he's available at that time. I will drop him a line now and maybe-with any luck- you both might be available. If not perhaps we can meet at another time soon.
