Good morning Jenn, J I left you a voicemail but since emails tend to be a little quicker for us I thought I’d follow up this way as well. I just wanted to touch base with you In regards to the following aeration and aeration/seed recommendations I have listed below. This application is needed at a minimum of every other year all though based on the type of soil and compaction you deal with some properties opt to get it done yearly. I have listed 4 out of the many benefits of this application below for you. If for budget reasons you can’t look at aerating or aeration/seeding for all of your parks this year my high recommendation would be to at least aerate the parks you guys had to cut water on which I have highlighted below. With the number of parks you have I have all ready discounted the prices for you in hopes that it will help with your budget. If this is something you can look at this year but we just need to work with your budget a little more, please let me know what we are looking at. I will do everything I can to try to make it work for you so your parks can receive the benefits of this application.

(1) Aerating will allow water, air and fertilizer to penetrate all the way down to the root zone. This in turn allows the roots to grow deeper, creating a more healthy and thicker lawn.

(2) It will also greatly reduce the chances of having thatch buildup.

(3) It will reduce soil compaction.

(4) It will create an optimal environment if overseeding for direct seed to soil contact.
