On a different note, David Cole and Randy Bailey (one of our engineers) would like to go over the leak test results with Jennifer and any other appropriate staff. David made the request via email on the 9/29 and Jennifer acknowledged it on 10/2 saying she’d get back to us. So I asked David to do a follow up call on yesterday 10/7 since we haven’t yet heard back. Since this test was done to comply with a permit condition, we need to assure that we understand it well.
David and Randy could go to the city office or the preferably, the Wastewater Treatment Plant, to walk through it. Can you tell us today when we could meet?

Tiffany – Just remember when you are looking at the wastewater CIP that we have completed the following on that 2015-16 list:
· Purchase Big Gun for irrigation (July 2015)
· Biosolids removal (September 2015)
· Installing Aerators (Current project underway) – We switched the Vactor truck dump station for the aerators this year
· And, we continue to use professional services as needed
