The City would not have records for a lateral repair at that time. I recommend to check with the county to confirm if a plumbing permit was pulled for work on the private property side.

I am asking if you have any records/documentation on the sewer connection for this home. Approximately 10(?) years ago when the owners brought in NW Natural service, there was some additional work done for the residence to city sewer line -- believe perhaps the NW Natural line excavation coming in and existing line were "close".
Asking if you can look into City records, and share any information. The owners (Nunn) are selling the home, and a potential new owner would like to have as much information as they can.
