Attachments: image001.png; 121564 Q1.pdf; The quote to provide a quote seems ridiculously large. I have contacted all of the three contacts on that list. Let’s see if we can get them to provide a quote and site visit first. I will stay on top of them. They recommend that WesTech come to your site, climb under the tank, and determine what has failed. This would be an inspection visit only. Attached is a quote for that visit. Once the problem is determined, WesTech would need to return for a second visit to repair the issue. The second visit would be quoted based on the trip report from the first visit. The corrective action could be as simple as replacing a failed nozzle, or be more difficult as patching a corroded area. Pic #1 is the top of the filter looking down. No media or water. Pic #2 is on the west side of the filter. Sand and water on the floor. Pic #3, I’m facing east. The leak occurred where the bolt is holding the tank to the foundation. If you have questions, please contact me. Thanks, Jason Clifford 503-793-5283
