The blue line is the water line, which sits north about 350 feet from the edge of the property at Cromptons Ln.

I spoke with Mike today and he told me I need to confirm that the city's water distribution system runs down Hwy 213 past of or in front of Mill Machinery's buildings. He thought but could not confirm that it ran all the way down to the urban growth boundary. He said I needed to check with you and look at the maps to confirm this.
