Fyi – see Dan’s email below and let’s discuss summer help needs today. Also, Jon is a valuable resource for past practices, however we may need to discuss asking him to selectively come in on Fridays until we get through Biosolids. After that I don’t see a need to have him come in weekly except on an as needed basis. Possibly when we prepare to start of discharging to the Molalla River again. He may have some troubleshooting info from any issues the plant has seen in the past.
Also, can you please give me an update on I/S and GPEC’s progress for the VFD hard wire project. I’m still planning to move forward with Portland Engineering to do a full review of the SCADA system for a modest cost of about $2000.00. It may need to wait until October so you’re readily available for questions and answers and we have a chance to review our budget.

We are at 100% of our personnel service budget for Waste Water. I am deeply concerned that we will run out of money by January 1st at this rate. We need to go on lock down for spending unless it is essential. The decisions for who is staying and who is going by this Friday (8/14). You may want to sit down with Heather and plan some things out on a quarterly basis.
