Harry Bramel who lives on 602 Mathias left me 3 messages yesterday. He is the one who wants a second driveway to Mathias. I’m not sure where he came up with the idea that he was in the county?? Anyways, he needs to go through an approval process with the City for a second approach to Mathias Rd. Once and if it is approved, then I can issue him a permit.
The City has previously not had a 2nd driveway approach approval process, I am certain all approaches should meet a criterial for approval. We may need to research what other Cities allow. I do know we really do not want to permit driveways within a given distance (i.e. 50’??) of an intersection.
