I don’t know if this is an illegal dumping issue or what, but if it is and we catch the person doing it, we would certainly take action. As with most dumping issues, we have to try and determine who did it. If there is garbage, sometimes we have to go through the garbage to try and identify the person. In this case, it doesn’t sound promising if it’s just a mattress. I don’t know who picked up the couch they’re talking about, but the bottom line is probably a choice between picking it up, or leaving it and sometimes trash begats trash.
