Big tree fell on his backyard, apparently the tree was on City property. I advised that he should chop it up himself, and he said he would but it would take a while. If we have the resources (staff and large chainsaw) then I think we should help him, but if we contract that sort of stuff out, then I think it’s okay to disregard and let him keep it for firewood.
