We are having inconsistent turbidity readings at the plant on one of the sensors. Ryan has work with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the cause and replace a few minor parts. The troubleshooting and repairs have not resolved the issue and the manufacturer is recommending replacing the unit $1579.00. Please approve for purchase.

I am requesting purchase approval for a replacement sensor for our 1720 E turbidimeter. I have been working with HACH on troubleshooting this turbidimeter and the conclusion is that the turbidimeter has a bad circuit board. The new sensor is $1579.
