It makes me nervous to see ODOT is planning to do “patch work”. This is not the same design that was previously discussed. Unless this work is just a temporary fix until ODOT can secure funds to either grind and inlay or overlay with pavement repair on OR 211.
I don’t want to see a patch work job like ODOT did last summer between Safeway and Industrial way in the wheel ruts. That is a short term fix.

Richard and Ted – We were informed today that our TSP was not selected for funding in the TGM process. A big problem I guess was that reviewers were not sure whether or not the current 2001 TSP was ever adopted. I am not sure at all what the issue there was. We were hoping for that funding but alas we shall head down a new path.
