Hi Jennifer,

I checked the calendar for the conference room. The 4th Thursday of the month is already booked from 6-9 for the next three months. Depending on how large your group is, you may be able to meet in the back of the library by the restrooms. Some of the smaller groups do that, but there are usually no more than seven people in those groups. I didn't realize this morning the room had already been booked. Michelle is the one who does it (michellems@lincc.lib.or.us).

If there is any thing I can do to help with this, please let me know.
