Attached you will find our customer responsibility letter for street lighting, a PGE construction drawing of the project, Approved Material List and our standard for the anchor base pole installation.
The anchor base for the streetlight poles and ground rods need to be installed at the same time the conduit system is installed. PGE will provide these and your contractor may call Old Castle @ 503.682.2844 to schedule the drop ship to your staging location (reference WR#M1678824).They will need to pick up the ground rods from our Woodburn storeroom located at 2079 Progress Way, Woodburn, phone # 503.980.2137.
Please pass this information on to any contractors who may be doing any portion of this work. A pre-construction meeting is required on site, and all conduit work must be inspected before you backfill. Please call PGE @ (503) 323-6700 to schedule inspections.
